To start with, the staff at the front desk were awesome. JJ, Talia, and Renaissance were absolutely unbelievable. These young men and women did everything they could do to make sure our stay was incredible. Because of the way they presented BW Pony Soldier Inn, we will be staying at this hotel from now on. Our granddaughter attends NAU and will be there for at least 4 years so we will be there many times as will her aunt and mom and cousin. One investment in high-quality customer care will pay big dividends for this facility.

I called a bunch of hotels trying to get an early check in. Everyone told us, oh check in is not until 3pm. We had been driving all night from California, they were the only one that listened to me and got us an early check in around 7am. I felt safe when we got there. I totally recommend 👍

i like that the breakfast buffet room was separated from the hotel and it was like eating in a restaurant. Very room. They also had an area designated for our four legged family members. The pool was also spectated from the hotel which gave us some privacy while we swam.

Easy access to town and restaurants. Across the street from the train tracks so a bit noisy. But overall a great little hotel. Awesome breakfast in the morning! Our room was very clean. Price was right for an overnight stay on our roadtrip
